Rates We quote rate based on the clients inquiry: what the quotation should include and exclude. Thus we can give rate either including all expenses in connection with Hotels, Transportations, Driver Guide/ Guide, cook, entrance fees, or quote without including some of the above services based on the clients’ inquiry. However in both cases our quotation does not include Visas, Beverages, Laundry, postage, telephone, telex or cable charges and gratuities as well as all items of personal nature. We accept payment in cash and credit cards. Rates and quotations are available on the client’s request immediately.
Information to be sent to Touch Ethiopia by the client • Number of clients traveling together • Time budget/ number of nights and days in Ethiopia • Choice of destinations: whether Historic, People, culture or nature • Hotel/ Accommodation Category: whether up market, international, Tourist standard, budget or stay in camp sites • Type of room: whether single/Double/Twins/Suite and whether Full board, half board or Breakfast only • Means of Transportation: whether by surface driving or Flight or both • What other services you want to include: whether to include professional guiding service, entrance fees, and others or not. • Your other special interest in connection with hotel bookings and other services Accommodation We book rooms, lodges, guest houses, camping sites depending on our client’s inquiry. For group travelers we book rooms on the basis of two persons sharing a double/Twin room. For single room users we show the single room supplements (sur charge or the difference) on the price quotation. Transportation For safaris and regular tours, minibuses, land cruisers or coaches will be provided according to the route and number of participants. Alteration to Tours and plans The right is reserved to change any route or arrangement should conditions necessitate; to offer substitutes of equal value or to cancel the operation of a scheduled tour. The right is also reserved to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time, in which event an equitable amount will be refunded. Liability A. Touch Ethiopia Tours and its agents act only as agents of the passenger in all matters relating to hotel accommodation, transport on tour by air craft, rail, ship, boat or any other means and shall not be liable for injury, night schedule change, delay, loss or damage arising from any cause and in any manner whatsoever. B. Touch Ethiopia Tours” Liability to passengers carried in its own vehicles is governed by the laws of Ethiopia, and all claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the court of Ethiopia in which the cause of action arises. C. Touch Ethiopia Tours reserves the right to employ subcontractors to carry out all or any part of the services agreed to be supplied and in any event of the exercise of such right the terms of clause (B) relating to Touch Ethiopia Tours” liability D. Whilst every care is taken, Touch Ethiopia Tours cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to baggage. 1. Touch Ethiopia Tours and Travel Plc shall accept agency , individual or group requests for services in connection with tours, Safaris, Trekking and similar other tours in good faith. 2. After confirmation of tours, agencies making bookings with Touch Ethiopia Tours shall make payments in the following manners: a. 50% a month before the com¬mencement of tour program b. Full and final payment is expected to be paid before the commencement of tour. c. We are also open for other Flexible payment options by negotiations with the clients in Advance |
