Day 02: Day Drive (115km) to Hawzien via Adwa town and Nebelet village exploring the rock hewn churches of Abba Yohanni (not allowed for women), Gabriel wukin and Maryam Wukro. O/n Hawzien in a hotel

Day 03: Day driving excursion to Megab and hiking to the rock churches of Abuna Yemata Guh, Maryam Korkor, and Abuna Gebre Michael picnic lunch and then drive back to Hawzien. O/n Hawzien in a hotel

Day 04: Day drive to Dugem and hiking to the rock churches of Dugem Silassie, Abuna Abraham Debre Tsion, Yohannes Maikudi, Abraha Atsbaha. Then drive to Mekele. O/n Mekele in a hotel

Day 05: Day driving and hiking excursion to Teka Tesfai cluster that include the rock hewn churches of Medahinealem Adi Kasho, Michael mazengi

Day 06: Day driving and hiking excursion to Atsbi cluster of churches including Michael Barka, Michael Imba and Michael Debre Selam.

Day 07: Day drive back to Axum exploring the rock hewn churches of Debre Damo, Yeha Temple and Abba pentelon monastery. o/n Axum in a hotel

Day 08: Morning transfer to Axum Airport for your flight back to Addis Ababa
